The MultiMail voice mail solution is aimed at a wide range of users from single site enterprises to call centers,
multi-site large corporates and public sector organizations. The voice mail system can be provided as a stand alone system,
or with any other IVR and telephony solution. The MultiMail is a scaleable and robust voice mail solution that supports the
latest Windows environments and SQL server database. It supports many different protocols including analog lines,
PRI lines (SS7, DPNSS, Q931 and DASS) and VoIP (H.323, SIP) lines.

- Message distribution by email: The message can be distributed by email to the users. An integration with an exchange server is possible in the enterprise.
- Message Notification: Mailbox owners can be notified about the message in many ways. Most common ways are SMS text message, call to pager or set the Message Waiting Indicator of a phone.
- User message control: The users can:
- Listen to, delete or store a message.
- Transfer the message to another users or distribution list.
- Record a greeting and a name.
- Management: The system manager has a wide range of configuration and management options as add and delete mailboxes, setting mailboxes size, recording time, expiry date and more.
- Message distribution: It is possible to send a message to a predefined user list.
- Enhanced reporting functions: Voicemails management software incorporates reporting software. The reports cover many aspects of the system including mailbox activity and the amount of calls the Voice Mail system is handling per hour.
- Fax integration: The voice mail system can also act as a fax server. A received fax will be sent by email to the user in the same as a voice mail does. The message can also be forwarded to a fax machine.
